| I've got the local supplier for Los Angeles but I don't think that will help you since they can't ship it to you. Use the link from Dave N and Fomo can give you the nearest supplier to where you live. I thought it was a big hassle to do it in a manner I thought was right such that it would make a difference. I wouldn't recommend it unless your car is virtually stripped to the unibody like mine was. As far as the strength testing, I used the empty "Pepsi can" method. Easily crushed or bent by hand before, impossible to even significantly dent by hand after! Couldn't even crush it with a major sledge hammer after! If you decide you want to hassle with it - I used the HandiFoam II-12 kits. I used 7 kits to fill all the unibody "rails" or tubeing voids from the back bumper to the front bumper, the rockers and I also did the void from firewall to headlights where the fenders mount. The foam itself and the "kit" applicator is very easy to use! They cost about $40 each now. It is all the prep work to get it where you want it and keep it there, while not getting it in places you don't want that takes all the work.
